Refund policy

At our bakery, everything is made fresh, in small batches, and with love. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or general refunds.

That said, we stand behind our work 100%. 

If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our end (wrong items, missing items, or a quality concern), please reach out within 24 hours of pickup with your order details and a photo if applicable. 

If we made an error, we will make it right by offering: 

  • A replacement for the item
  • A credit toward a future order

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste or preference. Everyone's taste is different, and we do our best to clearly describe each flavor so you know what to expect.
